WE work to restore social justice, equipping the communities economically, socially and spiritually to enhance better living and peaceful live.

The Center for Transformation and Christian Leadership (CETO-CIL) is a Christian faith-based, non-denominational, non-political, non-partisan, and non-profit organization with the intention and mission to transform the societies into God loving people, responding holistically to the needs of the people subjected to suffering by various issues and restoring social justice to the affected population. As faith based Christian organization, CETOCIL works to achieve the fundamental mission of Christ by empowering the church leaders to holistically response to key issues as well-equipped persons leading the society faithfully and being accountable to Christ himself. CETOCIL is guided by a mission of God that is based on restoring mankind to the very nature God had always wanted them to be, A God loving people who are equip with spiritual discipline and love of God toward each other, prosperous and just, hating evil and fully united with the father through the Lord Jesus Christ

Faithfulness

We are faithful to the service our Lord called us to, a service to transform his community through the Gospel, a full restoration of his creation to himself where his love and faithfulness will be restored to all and faith in him re-established.

Godliness

We strive to ensure in our service, we portray the character of God in every situation, being humble and kind, offering all the services in love and respect for all irrespective of their distinct identities.

Honesty

In every situation, CETOCIL works to promote a honest and transparent lifestyle among its staff, the community and the society at large, honesty being one virtue of the God Kingdom.

Integrity

We live to promote the quality and non-corrupted service to the community, upholding the moral principles of humanity and ethical values of Christian life as the Lord Jesus Christ called us to be worthy in every walk of life.

Justice

By ensuring justice for all, we put first humanity in our service, striving to ensure peaceful living among the God creation, calling into the attention the love of God for all and the need for us to love ourselves, working toward a just society without discrimination, combating social injustice in all aspect.

Accountability

Accountability is both ways; Leaders are expected to lead by example, being responsible and taking full accountability for their actions in a given situation as well as the team members. We work to promote and develop accountable and responsible leaders who would bring change and transformation to the communities.
