At the Center for Transformation and Christian Leadership, we believe and submit to the Almighty Father who is the creator and redeemer of the all sinners, despite having rebel against him, He placed a great plan to redeem humankind to himself through the sacrifice of his only begotten son, who willingly and joyfully gave himself up to suffering in the hands of sinners to win the victory over Satan and restore justice.

At the center, we value kindness and compassion in offering our services to those suffering and the one in need. We are guided by our principles and values as we work under the command of our Lord to teach others to obey, being the sent out to disciple all the nations (Matthew 28:19-20). God has called us to serve through a joyful suffering and brokenness, exhibiting ultimate humility and love as we care and develop other leaders to embrace the vocation of christian suffering that Jesus himself endured, winning the victory on the Cross for the new creation to start.

Our approaches and strategies are guided by the breathe of God through the Bible, having understood how God call people in different settings to bring change and transformation to the communities and the world. We are destined to develop leaders who are compassionate, accountable, faithful, having a heart to love and provide care to others as well as ensuring and promoting justice and accountability to the creation that God placed humankind to take care of, being the ruler thereof.

We pray that, God will always bring up leaders that will imitate Christ in his loving kindness and suffering to transform and bring change and holy living to the human being with the creation. We urge all leaders to live by the example of Jesus as Paul exhorted us in the below passage.

"So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves". - Philippians 2:1-3
